Pickup and Dropoff Changes

To change the date/time you want to pickup or drop off a vehicle you MUST cancel the pickup/dropoff request first with the form below 24 hours prior to the scheduled time and then re-book it.  If you need to cancel at shorter notice please call us .

The facility is full to capacity most times and moving vehicles to the pickup area is time consuming.  Vehicles are queued for pickup and failing to pickup on time can result in other customers vehicles being blocked in.  Likewise, dropping a vehicle back unexpectedly can block vehicles in so we trust you will understand the necessity of following these procedures. 

Failure to cancel a pickup or dropoff in the required time frame will incur a fee.
